We provide complimentary shipping within the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. Territories, and military addresses) for retail orders over $87.99.


International orders are shipped using carefully selected carriers optimized for efficient delivery. Shipping rates and available options will be calculated during the checkout process.


In the event of a lost or stolen package, please reach out to the carrier directly as they will be your primary point of contact. Once we have handed off your package to the carrier, they assume responsibility for any delays or issues, including package theft. To determine which carrier is handling your package, you can refer to your order confirmation email or Aftership email. Please note that we are unable to replace or refund orders marked as delivered by our delivery partners in cases of loss or theft.


Wholesale Shipping and Delivery: Wholesale customers bear the responsibility for a nominal handling fees. For orders MOQ of less than 50, they can anticipate shipment within 2 business days, while orders exceeding 50 MOQ but less than 500 MOQ will be shipped within 5 business days. Orders surpassing a 500 MOQ will be dispatched within 7 business days. Detailed delivery times and shipping choices will be conveyed upon order confirmation. It's important to be aware that BOTA cannot be held accountable for any shipping delays that may arise due to actions or issues involving third-party carriers.


U.S. orders: Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, in most cases you should receive your order within 7 to 10 business days from its ship date. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Military, and U.S. Territory addresses, you should receive your order within 10  to 15 business days from its ship date.


International orders: Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 10-15 business days of its ship date. Shipping times vary by country and cannot be determined until the order is placed.


At present, our shipping services cover the United States, Canada, and Mexico. If you reside outside of these countries and are interested in acquiring the Bota Bottle, we encourage you to sign up for our newsletter. By doing so, you will receive timely updates regarding our plans to expand shipping to your country.


The majority of our packaging is crafted from recycled cardboard, ensuring its recyclability. We are committed to minimizing the use of plastic in our packaging and make every effort to avoid its usage whenever possible.


US Returns: If you purchased a product directly from and would like to return it, you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging and customer has to pay for the return label. Bota does not accept returns on accessories. To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Email with the subject 'Return' to initiate your return request.


For U.S. Orders: If your order has been shipped, to be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the original packaging, and your request placed within 15 days of receiving your order. We will approve or reject your request for an exchange solely at our discretion.

International Orders: We do not accept international returns for exchanges. Apologies for the inconvenience! 


If you suspect a manufacturing defect in product or if it arrived damaged in the box, please contact us at within 10 days of receiving your shipment. We will guide you through a simple form to gather more information and request photos of the reported damage. 


Our team at Bota will thoroughly assess each case. If we determine that a replacement is necessary, we retain the discretion to replace either the entire product or only the affected part. Rest assured, we will cover the shipping costs for returning defective or incorrect items. In certain instances, we may request that the product be sent to our office for additional evaluation to verify your claim. If this occurs, we will provide a shipping label, and we will also cover the shipping expenses for any replacement parts. 


After assessing the issue, we will work with you to make it right! 


Upon receiving an order, we promptly work to fulfill and ship it within 48 hours. If you need to change the color of your item and it has been less than 48 hours since you placed the order, kindly reach out to us at with the subject line containing the word 'Color'. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. 


Please bear in mind that once an order has been forwarded for fulfillment, it may not always be possible to make changes. However, if the order has not yet been dispatched, we will gladly assist you. 


In the event that your order has already been shipped, you have a 10-day window from the date of receiving your package to request an exchange by contacting us at Please ensure that you keep the original packaging intact and refrain from using the bottle. Upon approval of your returned items, you will receive store credit which can be utilized to select another color of your choice.
